The Insta360 X5 is an 8K 360° action camera with PureVideo low-light technology, waterproof to 49ft, and invisible selfie stick effects. It features 1/1.28" sensors that are 144% larger than the X3 and X4, allowing them to capture more light. An important upgrade makes the lenses replaceable, allowing a scratched lens to be fixed for $30 at home. The PureVideo mode works well for city night filming with artificial lighting, helping separate bright lights from darker areas more cleanly and giving footage a crisper, more controlled look.
